A Commandable Act of the Police in Helping the Poor in Hegarmanah Village

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Sukabumi  As a form of Polri's concern for the community, the Bhayangkara Security Unit of Girijaya Village, Aipda Edis Limbong, together with the government and local residents, worked together to repair the house of a homeless resident in Hegarmanah Village, Nagrak, Sukabumi, West Java, Sunday (10/23).

Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Commissioner Ibrahim Tompo, said that the presence of the police to help repair a resident’s house is proof of the close and inseparable relationship between the police and the community.

"The police did not think about how much energy they have spent to help the community, because they know it would be a blessing for them," said the Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police.

Quoted from pwpmnews.com, Usup (55) lived in a small house, similar to a hut, that almost collapsed due to the exposure of extreme weather. Througout his live living in his house, the house has never been repaired because he has no money.

After hearing the concerning news of his citizen, the Head of the Nagrak Police of the Sukabumi Police, Iptu Teguh Putra Hidayat, ordered his Bhayangkara Securit Unit to coordinate with the local government and residents, to help repair Usup's house.

"Thankfully, the people of Hegarmanah Village and the local government wholeheartedly agreed to help renovate Mr. Usup's house," said the Nagrak Police Chief, Iptu. Teguh Putra Hidayat.

The Nagrak police chief thanked the local government and the people of Hegarmanah Village for helping repair Usup's house. Meanwhile, Usup is very grateful for the attention from the community and the renovation that he got from Nagrak Police.

“I would like to say thank you very much to the Nagrak Police Chief, and Mr. Edis, all parties involved, and my neighbors who help renovating my house,” thanked Usup.
