Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Wonogiri. The Wonogiri Police, through Traffic Security Agency, carried out social services by assisting residents of Bulusari hamlet, Bulusulur Village, Wonogiri District, who were disabled and suffering from cancer.

Mujiyani (48), is known that she has been paralyzed for five years, and last year she was diagnosed with breast cancer.

She lives with her husband and one child, with limited conditions. However, even to treat his illness, he intends to sell his only treasure house.

"We received information about the suffering of Mujiyani's mother, so we immediately assisted. Currently, what is needed is a wheelchair and medical treatment. So we handed over the wheelchair, necessities and we tried to get an ambulance to take him to the hospital for treatment," said Wonogiri Resort Police Chief, Pol. Grand Commissioner Attendant Dydit Dwi Susanto, accompanied by Head of Traffic Agency, Pol. Commissioner Attendant Marwanto, Wednesday (10/27/21).

It is known that once every two weeks, Mujiyani has to go to the hospital for chemotherapy. Even though Indonesian Social Security program covers the treatment, the need for other costs is also relatively high, so there is an intention to sell this only house.

"Thank you for the wheelchair assistance, as well as providing an ambulance," said Mujiyani when receiving the visit of the Chief of Resort Police.

In the previous days, every check-up to Mujiyani hospital had to spend money to rent an ambulance and travel expenses. However, with the help of the Head of the Traffic Unit, it can ease the burden of the costs it bears.

"This caring police social service will definitely continue and hopefully inspire other police officers to do good," said Pol. Commissioner Attendant Marwanto, Head of Traffic Agency at the Wonogiri Resort Police.
