The Head of Public Relations of the West Sumatra Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Satake Bayu Setianto, said that the Singgalang Obedience Operation improved the discipline of health protocols and orderly traffic to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Operation Obedient Singgalang was carried out by the West Sumatra Regional Police and the Resort Police in parallel. It will take place from September 20 to October 3, 2021, he said, Sunday (`9/09/21).
The Head of Public Relations, Pol. Grand Commissioner Satake Bayu, said the target of the Singgalang Obedience Operation was the creation of security, safety, order and smooth traffic (kamseltibcarlantas), as well as preventing crowds of people.
"The aim is to be disciplined in health care procedures, to increase community discipline in traffic and to create a stable traffic and stable traffic security system," he said.
He appealed to all people in West Sumatra Province to comply with traffic regulations and adhere to health protocols.
