Vice-Chairperson of the Bengkalis Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) Appreciates and Supports the Chief of Indonesian National Police 100-Working-Day Program

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Vice Chairperson II of Bengkalis Regional People's Representative Council expressed his appreciation for the 100-Day-Work Program initiated by Chief of Indonesian National Police, Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.

Sofyan mentioned the spirit of change and breakthrough offered by the Chief of Indonesian National Police General Listyo Sigit to develop the Indonesian National Police in the 4.0 era to be more humanist and follow the Presisi concept and should be praised.

"It is extraordinary. The new chief has taken measurable steps, so the police are seen as a respected institution," as said by Sofyan, Wednesday (05/19/21).

The politician from the PDI Perjuangan party mentioned that the 100 working-day program is the initial steps for the future program, the better one.

Sofyan also said that the Indonesian National Police, as an institution, is one of the vanguards in a successive government program to control the spread of Covid-19. Both for the micro-scale of the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM), the recovery of community economy program, and specifically the Covid-19 control program in the community during Eid holiday and other national holidays.

"We appreciate Indonesian National Police performance, especially in terms of managing the spread of the coronavirus. In which the Indonesian National Police together with the community and other government elements massively move to prevent the spread of Covid-19," he said.
