Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The leader and members of Commission III of the Parliament (DPR) appreciate the National Police Chief General of Police Listyo Sigit Prabowo. Since being sworn in on January 27, 2021, the National Police Chief has made many internal or external improvements.

The concept of transformation towards a Precise Police is implemented in four main policies: organizational transformation, operational transformation, public service transformation, and supervisory transformation implemented through 16 Police Chief Priority Programs, 51 activities, and 177 action plans.

The chairman of Commission III of the House of Representatives, Herman Herry, specifically stated that the digitization of services intensified by the National Police under General L Sigit was a special breakthrough. "At this working meeting, I give my appreciation to the National Police Chief, in particular to the implementation of the National Police Chief's 100-day program as stated in the previous fit and proper test in this room," Herman said at a working meeting of the House of Representatives Commission III with the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo and his staff in Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday (16/6).

The PDI-P politician saw and also believed that the Public felt the transformation of the Polri organization into a modern direction through optimizing the use of data and technology in carrying out the duties and functions of the Bhayangkara Corps.

Some of them are the extension of the online SIM through the SINAR application (Presisi National SIM), online ticketing, promoting a restorative justice approach for ITE cases, virtual Police, Kampung Tangguh Drugs, to eradicating extortion and thuggery.

"As the National Police Chief with a long term of service, I think the National Police Chief has the opportunity to leave good legacies for the National Police in the future. Hopefully, my belief will come true for the good of the National Police as an institution loved by the community," said Herman

On the same occasion, a member of Commission III of the DPR PDI-P faction, Arteria Dahlan, viewed the 100-day performance of the National Police Chief positively. He assessed that the nuances of improving the Police towards a better direction were felt.

Arteria sees that Sigit understands that problems must be addressed from upstream by creating all services based on the use of technology. The National Police Chief is considered capable of collaborating on the use of science and technology, which is needed during a pandemic situation like today.

"About electronic-based services, that's the upstream if it's not fixed, it will be a problem. Consequently, there is no more darkroom, no grey room. Now people can see the work of the Police," said Arteria.
