If your data is used illegally, remember these steps before they are prolonged.
1. Be patient, stay calm and analyze your data to be used as a borrower or close contact from a borrower.
2. If used as a borrower, it is possible that your data is leaked and used to borrow online. Things to do:
Check user data with borrowers that you have never applied for an online loan,
Look at the evidence that you have never received funds from any online loan application,
Look for evidence from the loan application regarding what account was used to receive funds using your data.
3. If it is used as a close contact, then there is a possibility that a borrower will register your number as a close contact. Things to do:
Explain that you object to your number being used as a close contact.
Don't ignore messages or calls that inform you of bills from illegal loan applications.
Be careful not to respond to numbers that send messages or calls continuously.
