Met in Kyamki Narama, Mimika, Papua, AKBP Arief Fajar, who serves in the Public Relations Division of the Police Headquarters and the Nemangkawi Public Relations team Binmas Noken, were visiting Lenius Jikwa's pig farm.

Lenius Jikwa got a pair of pigs as aid from a figure of Binmas in Mimika, who is now serving as the Chief of Papua Regional Police, Brigadier General Pol Eko Rudi Sudarto.

"This is beyond my imagination. I only contributed a pair, and now they have 42 pairs. Thanks to all Papa Mama's hard work."

Rudi firstly did not think that what he had done as a form of community development in Mimika is now giving so big contribution that local people such as Lenius Jikwa as a pig farmer be empowered.

"Papa Mama has also at the same time given us a valuable lesson that the hard work with sincerity and love will turn out to be extraordinary. From one pair to be 47 and among the 47, seven are pregnant now," said Rudi expressing his pride for the people of Kyamki Narama.

Lenius feels grateful and gives five of his pigs to the local church as an expression of gratitude. From the pig farm, he can send his children to school.

Rudi hopes that the Binmas program that benefits the Papuan people will continuously be improved to have positive impacts on the Papuan people's lives, their economy, and for the next generations of Papuan. (Afs)
