The Inspection and Quality Supervision Division of the Research and Development Center of the Police carried out a research "Evaluation of Application Deployment in the Police Environment in the Framework of Implementing Information Technology in the Police Era 4.0" led by Pol. Grand Commissioner Syahrial M. Said, at the North Sulawesi Regional Police, Monday (09/13/21).
This study aims to determine the standards used in application development within the Indonesian National Police and to determine whether the application has been integrated between functions and to find out how data management starts from being collected, processed, and presented to support decision making by the Police leadership. In addition, it is also investigated to determine the security of data and personal information of each application. The existence of the application is expected to help a more effective government system.
In accordance with what is stated in Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems, government administrators utilize information and communication technology to provide services to Electric Charging Outlet for Verhicle Users. Electric Charging Outlet for Verhicle is aimed at realizing clean, effective, transparent and accountable governance as well as quality and reliable public services.
The Research Team for the National Police Research and Development Center conducted in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions for each related function. In addition, respondents from members of the police filled out online questionnaires via their respective smartphones.
