BALI - The National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo gave his appreciation to the residents and the Bali's Regional Leadership Coordination Forum because the number of patients exposed to Covid-19, who were treated at the Central Isolation Center (Isoter) was the highest on a national scale or in Indonesia.
The number of Central Isolation Center is much more than Self-Isolation, so almost 60 percent of isoters are self isolation of 25 percent, so this is the best isoter number in Indonesia, said Sigit at a press conference after directly observing the location of Central Isolation Center at the Grand Inna Bali Beach Hotel, Sanur Bali. , Sunday (08/29/2021).
That way, Sigit hopes, the growth rate of the corona virus will be further suppressed. Thus, the economic activity of the people on the Island of the Gods will recover, after being hit during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Even so, the former Banten Regional Police Chief admits there are several things that must be improved in the future. Especially about data synchronisation between regions and the center.
"So hopefully with these steps the growth of Covid can really be maintained. Then what is being corrected is related to the tracing problem, there is a data synchronization process between the center and the regions, so that tracing and testing activities can be carried out maximally," said the former Police Chief of Criminal Investigation Agency.
Furthermore, Sigit also expressed his appreciation to Regional Leadership Coordination Forum in Bali who have worked hard to suppress the growth rate of the corona virus. This is because the current spread of Covid-19 in Bali has decreased.
Meanwhile, Sigit asked Bali Regional Leadership Coordination Forum to maintain the existing positive trend related to the acceleration of the mass vaccination program.
"Thank you, the vaccination has been running optimally, the rest can be completed at the end of September. So that the second dose can be 100 percent. So that there will be relaxation and economic activity will increase. And Bali's economy is getting better and as expected by the Balinese people," said Sigit.
In his review, Sigit and the National Armed Forces Commander Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto also took the time to directly greet Covid-19 patients who were being treated at Central Isolation Center's place.
"Thank you, today I can meet all of my friends in a happy condition, and of course this joy will definitely speed up recovery. I ask, are the health workers good?" asked the Chief of Police to the patient being treated at Isoter.
"Good," the patient replied in unison.
Because he received an answer that the facilities and supervision of health workers were good, Sigit asked the residents to be willing to help invite their families and relatives who were exposed to Covid-19, to be willingly treated at the Central Isolation Center location.
"If it's better than self-isolation, tell all of our brothers and sisters who are still in self-isolation to Central Isolation Center, so they could get recover soon," said Sigit.
Not to forget, Sigit expressed his gratitude and highest appreciation to Regional Leadership Coordination Forum, National Armed Forces and National Police personnel and health workers who continue to struggle to suppress the growth rate of the corona virus.
"Thank you, Governor, Mayor, Regent who have worked hard with the National Armed Forces, National Police, all health workers in controlling the growth rate of Covid-19 in Bali," concluded Sigit.
