Chief of Jambi Regional Police, Police Inspector General A Rachmad Wibowo, chaired a meeting on handling Covid-19 and implementing PPKM (Community Activity Restriction) level 4 in Jambi Province which took place in Chief of Jambi Regional Police’s office and coffee morning room of Jambi Regional Police Headquarter main building, Tuesday (08/10/2021).
In the meeting, Chief of Jambi Regional Police said in Jambi Province there are three areas in level 4. They are Jambi City, Batanghari Regency, and Merangin Regency. "Those three areas are included in level 4 because of the high mortality rate," Chief of Jambi Regional Police said Jambi Police said, Tuesday (08/10).
Chief of Jambi Regional Police admits current tracking in Jambi is still weak. Chief of Jambi Regional Police Chief advised Chiefs of Sector Police to be able to urge Covid-19 patients who are self-isolating at home to be put into isolation house that has been prepared.
Chief of Jambi Regional Police will also directly monitor isolation houses in Merangin and Batanghari Regency. "So that Chief of Merangin Resort Police and Chief of Batanghari Resort Police can coordinate with the Regent to prepare places for isolation," he said.
