Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Lampung. The Counterterrorism Special Detachment 88 (Densus 88) of the Indonesian National Police arrested another four suspected terrorists in Lampung. They are known to affiliate with the Jamaah Islamiyah terrorist group.
"The Counterterrorism Special Detachment 88 of Indonesian National Police and Regional Task Force of Lampung on today, Friday, November 5, 2021, have conducted arrests in several places", Chief of General Information Agency of PR Division of Indonesian National Police, Police Grand Commissioner Ahmad Ramadhan, in his statement on Friday (5/11/2021).
According to him, their identities are S (47), F (37), AA (42), and NA (42). The officers then raid their houses and their bodies.
"(We) detained them in Lampung Regional Police Headquarter to conduct antigen test and initial investigation for further development", Chief of General Information Agency said.
In its details, suspect terrorist S is the Head of Tholihah Part of JI for Lampung. He was involved in several physical pieces of training (i'dad) in many regions of Lampung and Java and helped hide the terrorist fugitives.
The suspect terrorist F is the Iqtishod treasurer of JI's Team 2 of the Lampung region. He also attended the meetings conducted by JI leaders in Lampung and Java and also knew many activities and hidings of fugitives in Lampung.
The suspect terrorist AA is the Qoid of Korda 3 of Lampung. He was actively involved in meetings and training conducted by JI in Lampung and other regions and also involved in physical training (i'dad) in several locations in Lampung.
The last one, terrorist suspect NA, is the teacher in Al Muksin Islamic Boarding School of Metro. He takes the role as the Ishobah treasurer of JI of Lampung region, and aiding funding of JI fugitives and members under legal process, and involved in special training (i'dad) and various meeting held by JI of Lampung.
