The Chief of South Sumatra Regional Police Gives Basic Food Assistance and SAD Vaccine Injections

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - South Sumatra. The Chief of South Sumatra Regional Police, Police Inspector General Eko Indra Heri, visited the Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) area on the Muba-Jambi border in Muara Medak Hamlet on Friday (20/8/2021).

The visit of the Chief of South Sumatra Regional Police accompanied by Regent Deputy Beni Hernedi at the same time reviewing the activities of Social Service and Mass Vaccination against the Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) residents.

This vaccination is the focus of the Muba Regency Government and the South Sumatra Regional Police Chief in ensuring public health from Covid-19 to remote areas of Muba.

The Chief of South Sumatra Regional Police, Police Inspector General Eko Indra Heri said that this Social Service activity was an effort to continue to carry out the principle of cooperation, which is the face of the Indonesian nation. One of the corporations operating in Bayung Lencir Sub-district helped provide 1 ton of rice, namely the ADR Group.

"We don't give it, but only good brokers. We provide all Polres with 10 tons, yes, from the people of Palembang who care about colleagues affected by Covid-19. Hopefully, this will be part of the nuances of our nation that consistently implement the principle of cooperation and the principle of helping others. clear

In his speech, Regent Deputy of Muba, Beni Hernedi, who was also present at the activity, said he was grateful to the Chief of South Sumatra Regional Police who had come to visit Muara Medak Village which is one of the hotspots for Forest and Land Fires (Karhutla).

"Alhamdulillah, today is a rainy day, and we consider this a blessing. The arrival of the Chief of Regional Police has encouraged us to work hard in dealing with Forest and Land Fires (Karhutla). Thank you also for the social service activities for people with disabilities, SAD, orphans, and other residents," he explained.
