The Chief of Indonesia National Police, Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, together with the Commander of Indonesia National Armed Forces (TNI), Air Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto, and the head of BNPB, Lieutenant General Ganip Warsito, led the implementation of the joint flag ceremony of the Covid-19 Task Force in Bangkalan, East Java, Saturday (6/12/21).
The joint flag ceremony was held to overview the increase in Covid-19 cases in Bangkalan, East Java. In the joint flag ceremony, number of instructions were delivered directly by the Chief of Indonesia National Police, the Commander of TNI, and the Head of BNPB.
In addition, also present at the event, the Governor of East Java, Khofifah Indar Parawansa, Pangkogabwilhan (Commander of the Joint Regional Defense Command) II Middle Marshal Imran Baidirus, Military Commander V/Brawijaya Major General Suharyanto, and Chief of East Java Regional Police Inspector General. In the flag ceremony, number of important things were once again emphasized:
1. Optimizing the micro-scale PPKM (restriction on community activities) function by enforcing health protocols, monitoring active cases, self-isolation implementation
2. Move quickly to report the development of the existing situation objectively as material to analyze and determine the next steps in a targeted and effective manner.
3. Ensure treatment efforts and handling positive cases run well. Especially the availability of nursing beds, health workers, equipment and medicines needed as well as self-isolation.
4. Maximize 3 T (Testing, Tracing and Treatment).
5. Improve the implementation of the vaccination program
