Head of Public Relations Division of the Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner K Eko Saputro representing the Chief of Regional Police said this inspection aimed to make the Blocking Post-run smoothly to suppress the spread of COVID-19, especially in Palangka Raya City.

After implementing Micro Restriction (PPKM) level 4 in Central Kalimantan Province, various efforts by the local government, Indonesian National Armed Forces, and Indonesian National Police in suppressing the spread of COVID-19 continue to be carried out, one of which is by establishing isolation posts throughout the border.

PPKM level 4 will continue until August 23, 2021. And then, we will wait for further information, whether it is extended or otherwise.

In addition to checking, the Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police also gave several gifts to the personnel on duty at the Blocking Post.
