The police from the Surade sector visited Muhammad Ikhsan Nurfadilah, a 10-year-old boy with serious disabilities at his house, Cigaok Village, Cibodas Village, Cibitung District, Sukabumi, West Java, Friday (25/2).
The Head of the Surade Police (Kapolres Surade), AKP Asep Sundana, along with Babinsa Sertu Anwar and Bhabinkamtibmas Aipda Asep Taryana, came directly to see the condition of Ikhsan, who had been bedridden since birth.
The Head of Public Relations (Kabid Humas) of the West Java Police (Polda Jabar), Commissioner Ibrahim Tompo said, "Ikhsan is the son of a poor family. His father, Sarip works as a driver,”.
"Ikhsan is being cared for by his grandparents in a 5x7 meter house in Cigaok Village, Cibodas Village," said Commissioner Ibrahim to reporters, Friday (25/2).
Currently, Ikhsan is still lying in his bed every day. He does not have a wheelchair to go around by himself.
Meanwhile, Ikhsan's grandmother, 70, works as a farmer on the plantation. Commissioner Ibrahim conveyed that the condition of the house was very concerning.
"It was very concerning, the wooden and bamboo buildings are already rotten," said Ibrahim Tompo.
