This was confirmed by the Head of Public Relations of the Banten Regional Police Pol. Grand Commissioner Shinto Bina Gunawan Silitonga when met at the Banten Regional Police Headquarter, Thursday, (08/26/21).
That's right, until today, the Banten Regional Police and their staff have vaccinated 1,931,614 people, consisting of 1,317,252 peoples from the first vaccine and 614,362 peoples with the second vaccine, Banten Regional Police Intermediate Officer.
Pol. Grand Commissioner Shinto Bina Gunawan Silitonga explained that this vaccination activity was an effort by the Banten Regional Police to support the central government's program on accelerating vaccination.
The former Head of Sub-Operational of Director of General Crime, National Police's Criminal Investigation Agency explained that the Banten Regional Police would continue to carry out vaccination activities.
"We will continue to carry out this vaccination activity, in fact we plan to carry out mass vaccination activities with a target of 19,500 peoples per day," explained the 1999 Police Academy graduate.
Pol. Grand Commissioner Shinto Bina Gunawan Silitonga hopes that the vaccination activities carried out by the Banten Police can help the government in handling COVID-19 in Indonesia, especially in the jurisdiction of the Banten Regional Police.
