Director of the Special Criminal Investigation Unit (Dirkrimsus) of Polda Banten, Commissioner John Charles Edison Nababan, S.I.K., M.H., said that his party had coordinated with the Provincial and Regency and City authorities to prevent the hoarding of cooking oil. He also appealed to the people to not hoarding of cooking oil.
It was reported that the scarcity of cooking oil is happening in some areas, especially in the city of Medan. According to journalists in several modern retailers, cooking oil stocks are not on display.
“For two days we have not to sell any cooking oil,” said one of the retailer employee.
