Police Help Socialized the Issuance of WFH and Online School During G20 Summit

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Nusa Dua. The National Police continues to do their best in securing the G20 Summit in Bali. One of the ways in which the National Police contributed to the success of the international meeting was by making the people to work and study from home.

Bali Police Head of Public Relations, Commissioner Stefanus Satake Bayu Setianto said the Bali Government had issued a regulations regarding restrictions on community activities. Among them are to issued an online school activities and work from home (WFH) during G20 Summit. However this regulations does not apply to employees who work in hotels and those that are closely related to the G20 activities.

"We have socialized the appeal since a month ago. This regulation will be applied on November 14 to 17. We did this to reduce community activities around the G20 Summit locations," explained Commissioner Stefanus Satake Bayu Setianto, Sunday (11/13/22).

The Head of Public Relations admitted that, so far, the community's response has been good regarding this appeal and is ready to comply. His party also appealed to the public to support the government in holding the G20 Summit. He also implored the community to understand that there might be restrictions in some places or road blockade due to safety reasons.

"Until now we have not received reports of delegates or VVIP guests wanting to travel or shop after the G20 Summit. However, we are ready to escort and secure them if that ever happens," concluded Commissioner Stefanus.
