South Sumatra Regional Police Chief Provides Assistance to People Who Implement Independent Isolation in Sukarame

Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Palembang. South Sumatra Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector General Eko Indra Heri, with Chairman of Crime Investigation Unit of Soutch Sumatra Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Hisar Siallagan, Deputy Chief of Community Development, Pol. Grand Commissioner Attendant Azzam Himawan, South Sumatra Municipality Police Manager, Pol. Grand Commissioner Attendant Purn Darmadi provided assistance to people who were carrying out Independent isolation Covid-19, Wednesday (07/28/2021) in the Slum Area of the Talang Betutu area, Sukarame district, Palembang.

"We did door to door by handing it over to several people who were doing self isolation in the Slum area, the legal area of Sukarame District, Talang Betutu Village," explained the South Sumatra Regional Police Chief.

On this occasion, the South Sumatran Regional Police Chief along with the Retired Management. The South Sumatran National Police Pol. Grand Commissioner Attendant Purn Darmadi provided basic food assistance to the community in the Slum Area, Talang Betutu sub-district, Sukarame District, Palembang.

"We want to ensure that this assistance is received directly by the people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and that this assistance is right on target," explained the South Sumatra Regional Police Chief.

The two-star general ensured that this was not the first and last time this was done, his side together with the National Armed Forces, the local government, would continue to distribute them to districts/cities in South Sumatra.

"We hope that the assistance we provide will be useful, and the community will continue to strictly implement the health protocol, starting diligently washing hands, maintaining distance, wearing masks and we pray that this Covid 19 Pandemic will soon disappear from the face of the Earth," he said.
