Tribratanews.polri.go.id. – Makassar. The South Sulawesi Regional PoliceDirectorate of Crime and Drug Agency arrested two suspected drug dealers with evidence of tens of kilograms of methamphetamine, along with thousands of ecstasy pills in Makassar, South Sulawesi.
"Yes, that's right, there is a big disclosure (drugs). Tomorrow it will be released at the Regional Police," explained the Directorate of Crime and Drug Agency at the South Sulawesi Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner. La Ode Aries Elfatar.
But Directorate of Crime and Drug Agency has not detailed each of the drugs that were secured. Tomorrow, the South Sulawesi Regional Police Chief will hold a press conference.
"Yes, there are tens of kilograms, later the Regional Police and the suspect will release it," explained the Directorate of Crime and Drug Agency.
From the information gathered, the two perpetrators were arrested by the Drugs Ditres team at a hotel on Veteran street after receiving a drug transaction report.
The arrests found methamphetamine, estimated to weigh 40 kilograms and thousands of ecstasy pills ready to be distributed. As three suitcases and one backpack, it was suspected that they contained the illicit goods.
Temporary suspicion, the two perpetrators who were arrested are international networks that supply the illicit goods to Indonesia. Currently, the team is still carrying out the development of the investigation.
