South Sulawesi Regional Police Chief Lays the First Stone for the Construction of the Lutim Police and Inaugurates the Lutim National Police Flats

inp.polri.go.id- East Luwu. South Sulawesi Regional Police Chief, Pol. General Inspector. Merdisyam laid the first stone for the construction of the East Luwu National Police Office and inaugurated the Endra Dharmalaksana Flat, East Luwu National Police, on the sidelines of his working visit to East Luwu, Thursday (06/10).

In this activity, the South Sulawesi Regional Police Chief was accompanied by Mrs. Shanty Merdisyam along with the Head of Public Relations of the South Sulawesi Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner E. Zulpan and the South Sulawesi Regional Police's High Rank Execuitves laid the first stone as a sign at the start of construction.

The new Luwu Timur National Police Building was originally to be built right in front of Rusunawa not far from the East Luwu Regent's office.

East Luwu Regent Budiman in his speech expressed his appreciation for the synergy built with the police in handling the Covid-19 outbreak in East Luwu.

"East Luwu Regency has entered the Covid-19 green zone, of course this is thanks to the collaboration of the East Luwu National Police with the East Luwu Government. Likewise, the implementation of the 2020 East Luwu's election which took place safely and conducively," said Budiman.

The East Luwu Regent also emphasized that all parties must continue to be united in implementing strict health protocols so that the spread of the Corona virus can be controlled and immediately disappear from the earth of East Luwu.

"Previously East Luwu was almost designated as a black zone, but thanks to good cooperation, East Luwu finally entered the Covid-19 Green Zone," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of Public Relations of South Sulawesi National Police hopes that with the existence of the East Lutim National Police Headquarter and Flats, the community can experience maximum service from the Police which is in line with the increasingly safe and conducive Public and Security Order situation.

"In addition, the synergy between the Police, especially the Lutim National Police with the National Armed Forces and the Regional Government will be better established so that the wheels of government and the community's economy will run well," concluded the Head of Public Relations
