The Community Development (Binmas) Task Force for Noken Ops Damai Cartenz has increased the capability in the field of pig farming at the Papua Provincial Service BLK in Sentani. (01/03/22).
There are 17 members of the Binmas Noken Ops Damai Cartenz Task Force that participated in this training. Members who received this training are expected to be able to apply the knowledge gained in increasing the quality of their pigs to boost its sales.
Before starting the training, the facilitator explains the benefits of the training and mentioned what materials will be used during the training. Some of the raw materials used for making feed are relatively easy to find in the environment around the house.
“The raw materials used other than bran are: cassava, coconut cake, milled corn, tofu dregs, anchovies, and brown sugar. To help ferment it, EM4 is used for livestock," said Rafael Heri Nugroho, S.KH., an animal doctor.
This is in accordance with Binmas Noken Task Force's goal to improve the economy by using local potential.
