Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The G20 Summit (KTT) in Bali is closing in and in a matter of days, it will finally be happening. The G20 Summit is planned to be held in Bali on November 15-16. Various preparations were made by all parties to ensure that the G20 Summit was held safely, smoothly and successfully.
Media observer who is also a Lecturer of Communication Studies at Binus University Jakarta, Rahmat Edi Irawan said, as a good host, we certainly hope that all guest countries and delegates will be satisfied with the welcome and entertainment that we provide as hosts.
"On the contrary, we do not want to make a bad and negative impression regarding Indonesia's presidency at the G20," he said when contacted in Jakarta on Wednesday (11/9).
According to him, one of the parties involved in securing and smoothing traffic in Bali during the G20 Summit is the National Police. "The Bhayangkara Corps is responsible for securing various accesses in and out of Bali, and ensuring smooth traffic, while monitoring strategic points in Bali. And of course, it is not easy to secure the many points and locations related to the G20," he explained.
Moreover, according to the Doctor of Communication Sciences, those who attended the forum were the prominent world leaders. Therefore, the security and order become an absolute thing that must be ensured.
"The risk is too high if we do not heed the two things that become our shared responsibility. It is not only the duty of the state apparatus," he said.
To make the G20 Summit a success, the National Police will deploy the best personnel they have. They will also be supported by modern equipment systems that will be used in carrying out their work. Including a facial recognition tool, which helps identify reveal criminals.
"Let's forget our differences first, now is the time to work together for the success of the Indonesian presidency for the G20 forum," concluded Rahmat.
