Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Solok. West Sumatra Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector-General Teddy Minahasa Putra expressed his appreciation for the high participation of the people in the South Solok Regency in the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination. Moreover, he has not found this in several other cities and regencies in the West Sumatra region.
This was conveyed by the West Sumatra Regional Police Chief during a review of the Covid-19 vaccination in the Green Park Room (RTH) Padang Aro during the celebration of the 3,000 Mass Vaccination organized by the West Sumatra Police and the South Solok Regency Government.
"We judge that the people of South Solok, including local students, are extraordinary in the implementation of today's vaccination. Not because of the great Regent, but because of the high awareness of the community and school children to receive the government's vaccines," explained the Regional Police Chief.
The Regional Police Chief said that he had visited many areas related to the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination, but only in South Solok the people were extraordinary. Thousands of people come to the green open space, including school children who have a high desire to be vaccinated.
The Regional Police Chief also hopes that the Covid-19 pandemic that disrupts the order of people's lives, including education and others, will end soon. There is no more Covid-19 outbreak, so all forms of activity can run safely and smoothly again.
"We all hope that the pandemic will pass quickly. So let's increase immunity through the mass vaccine Gebyar at Padang Aro Green Open Space," said the Regional Police Chief.
The West Sumatra Regional Police Chief continued to no longer believe in rumours or hoax news related to the vaccination because the purpose of the vaccine is needed to increase a person's immune system (herd immunity).
"So, all elements from the Jorong, Nagari, District and Regency levels, let's increase vaccination. Hopefully, this pandemic will pass quickly in this country," said the Regional Police Chief.
The Gebyar 3,000 mass vaccination activity was also attended by the Regent of South Solok, H. Khairunas, Deputy Regent, Ir. H. Yulian Efi, M.M., West Sumatra Regional Police Chief Official, South Solok Resort Police Chief, Pol. Grand Commissioner Tedy Purnanto, and South Solok Regional Leadership Coordination Forum.
