The award was handed over by East Java Regional Police's Traffic Unit, Pol. Grand Commissioner Latif Usman told the Chief of Traffic at the Madiun Regional Police, represented by the Head of Laka, the Madiun National Police, Police Second Inspector Nanang Setyawan, to discover the hit-and-run case that occurred in the jurisdiction of the Madiun National Police.
