The Indonesian National Police, the Regional Disaster Management Agency, and other officers are currently working hard to deal with forest and land fires in Riau," explained the Head of the Riau's Central Leadership Board of The State Monitoring Agency
At the same time, the Riau Police Chief through RegionL Superintendent Riau Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Hermansyah, expressed his apologies because the Riau Regional Police Chief Pol. inspector-General Agung Setya Imam Effendi could not attend directly to the awarding of the award certificate.
“We apologize that the Riau Regional Police Chief cannot attend this happy and enjoyable occasion because he has other duties that cannot be left behind. So it was represented to us," explained Riau Regional Police's Regional Superintendent.
