Polri Received 1,985 Reports Through E-Dumas Precision

inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Deputy Chief of the Indonesian National Police (Wakapolri) received 1,985 reports from the public through E-Dumas Precision throughout 2021. Most of these reports have been followed up.


“Among 1,985 reports from E-Dumas Precision throughout 2021, 1,767 or 90,9% of them have been followed up,” said Wakapolri Commissioner General Dr. Drs. Gatot Eddy Pramono, M. Sc.


Of those numbers, 991 reports were submitted to the Precision Profession and Security (Propam).


All eligible reports are followed up by Polri, said Wakapolri.


"After being verified, there were 489 that met the requirements, and all of them are being followed up," explained the Deputy Chief of Police.


In addition, the Deputy Chief of the Indonesian National Police has issued an order to prevent members of the Bhayangkara Corps from committing violence. The order is contained in the telegram number ST/313/II/HUK/VII.1/2021 dated 17 February 2021.


"This steps is necessary to prevent recurrence of incidents of abuse and excessive violence by members of the National Police," explained the Deputy Chief of Police.


The Three-Star General also asked the public to participate in supervising Polri members. According to him, the community need to actively involved in enhancing the performance of the authorities.


"Polri also invites the community to participate actively in monitoring Polri members by reporting to the National Police Propam Bid and Itwasum Polri, or through the Precision Propam and Presisi Edumas applications," concluded the Deputy Chief of Police.
