Polri Reached Isolated Areas to Send Aids to the Earthquake Survivors

Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Cianjur.  Until this day, the police continued to send their provision to the refugees in Cianjur. The distribution of provision to the isolated was also being carried out through helicopters, Thursday (11/24).

The Head of National Police Public Relations, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo said that the provision was sent to the people of Cugenang District.

“Today, we continue to sent our provisions to the isolated villages who are difficult to access by land due to various factors caused by the earthquake. I got a report that the distribution remains difficult due to the helicopters struggling to land,” says Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo in his official statement, Thursday (11/24).

He continued that the provisions includes 40 boxes of pop mie, 10 boxes of mineral water, 11 packs of tarp, 200 packs of biscuits, and 50 boxes of blankets.

Other than providing provisions, the monitoring in the isolated areas by air continued to be carried out. It was reported that most of the isolated areas are in the highlands.

“Joint personnel continued to do their best in reaching those isolated areas, so that we can continue our evacuation process,” said Inspector General Dedi.
