According to the Head of PPeum, during the evacuation process, the Ops Damai Cartenz personnel managed to evacuate one shooting victim from PTT (Palapa Timur Telematika). The synergy of TNI-Polri personnel was deployed and succeeded in evacuating victims.
Armed with the information and data they had, the evacuation team went straight to the target where the survivors were.
Until now, the survivors are still in the recovery process, in order to be asked for information related to the whereabouts of colleagues from other PTT employees for further evacuation.
"The survivors have been successfully evacuated, then they were directed to the Mimika Police Headquarters for further medical treatment," concluded Chief Cartenz Ops.
