"The total evidence of narcotics from the last three months are 225 kilograms of marijuana, 31 kilograms of methamphetamine, and 5000 ecstasy pills which were confiscated by the West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Unit," said West Jakarta Deputy Chief of Police (Wakapolres Jakbar) AKBP Bismo Teguh Prakoso, Wednesday (9/2/22).

By destroying the drugs, the Police estimate thousand of hundreds of youths were rescued from the illicit goods. According to Wakpolresta, the illicit trafficking of narcotics can impact the morale of the nation.
The operation was also carried out using an incinerator with a high temperature to eliminate all negative effects from the drugs onto the community.
