The Traffic Unit of Bogor Police will employ traffic engineering by diversing the traffic to Puncak Bogor ahead of New Year's Eve.
"We will diver the traffic (to Puncak) for 12 hours. The diversion to Puncak will begin on Saturday, December 31st, 2022, at around 18:00 WIB to January 1st, 2023, 06:00 WIB," says the Head of Traffic Unit of Bogor Police, AKP Dicky Anggi Pranata when confirmed.
Cars at that operation would not be permitted to access Puncak. AKP Dicky Anggi Pranata asked the community who wants to go to Puncak to adjusst their schedules. Meanwhile for those who wants to go to Cianjur or Bandung could use alternative road other than Puncak.
"You could use Jonggol or Sukabumi route if you want to go to Bandung," he said, quoted from pmjnews.com, Saturday (12/31).
