Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Police dispatched their special team in searching any isolated areas or refugee camps due to the earthquake in Cianjur that happened back in Monday, November 21st, 2022.
The Coordinator of Search and Rescue Vertical Team of Mobile Brigade Corps, Commissioner Rantau Isnur Eka, said that those special team has been equipped with drones for search purposes.
Moreover, the team will also use Water and Air Police helicopters to sweeps the locations that have not been able to be reached by land.
“We send this small team using helicopters from Water and Air Police, where this team is already been equipped with drones to find any isolated shelters,” said Commissioner Rantau quoted from cnnindonesia.com, Saturday (11/26).
Commissioner Rantau then explained that the special team will report their findings to the Mobile Brigade Post or East Java Police Main Post. Then, the post will send another team to conduct an evacuation process.
The Coordinator of Search and Rescue Vertical Team of Mobile Brigade Corps is optimistic that the special team would give a wide range of information, and also accurate, regarding their search for any missing person or isolated areas. Moreover, the team will do their search for a week.
“We have prepared a 6-days supplies for this operation,” he said.
Meanwhile, personnel in post will also search any informations, both through verbal and social media, regarding missing person or isolated areas in Cianjur.
