Chief of Lahat Departmental Police, Police Grand Commissioner Attendant, Achmad Gusti Hartono, through the Chief of PR Section of Lahat Departmental Police, Police Inspector 1st Class Sugianto and delivered by Chief of General Information Subsection, Police Sub-Inspector 1st Class Liespono, said that according to public information on marijuana field in Tanjung Sakti Pumu district, Chief of Departmental Police asked the Chief of Drugs Investigation Unit and his personnel to conduct an investigation.
On Saturday and Sunday, personnel of the Drugs Investigation Unit were investigating and found the information on the suspected place, which is in the coffee plantation in Muara Cawang village of Tanjung Sakti Pumu district. The team then moved to ensure the field's existence. After searching the Talang Sungai Datar plantation with the locals, the plantation with marijuana plants is found. Chief of Drugs Investigation Unit then reports it to the Chief of Departmental Police.
"On Monday at 07.30 a.m., Chief of Lahat Departmental Police, Chief of Drugs Investigation Agency of Lahat Departmental Police, and Chief of Tanjung Sakti Sectoral Police, in coordination with Muara Cawang village officials, went to the suspected plantation and, on 11.30 a.m., we arrived on the marijuana field", Chief of Lahat Departmental Police said.
To secure the marijuana-suspected plants, on 13.30, Chief of Departmental Police with the entourage moved to the hut of the plantation owner in Talang Sungai Datar, Muara Cawang village, and, accompanied by the village officials, checked the hut owned by a suspected perpetrator named Riko Rimansin (fugitive), resident of Sindang Panjang village, Tanjung Sakti Pumu village, Lahat regency.
On the location, 57 harvest-ready and harvested marijuana trees are seized. Some of them have one and two diameters. In the hut, Police found a plastic bag containing wet leaves, suspected to be marijuana, weighed two kilograms. The evidence found was brought to Lahat Departmental Police.

Besides that, our personnel also found a black bag hanging on the wall of the hut containing two packages of dried leaves, suspected to be marijuana, two packs of seeds, suspected to be marijuana seeds, and also one plastic bag containing a black polybag.
