Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The National Police Criminal Investigation Agency will announce the identity of the perpetrator of the hack on the official Cabinet Secretariat (Setkab) website setkab.go.id tomorrow, Monday 9 August 2021.
Head of the Criminal Investigation Agency of the Police, Police Commissioner General Agus Andrianto, explained that the perpetrator was arrested on Friday, August 6, 2021 without any resistance from the perpetrator at his residence.
Although the perpetrators have been arrested, the Police is reluctant to reveal the identity of the perpetrators of the hacking of the official secretariat website that occurred on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at around 09.00 AM.
"The perpetrator has been arrested, his identity will be conveyed by the Director of Cyber Crime, Criminal and Investigation Agency tomorrow," explained the Three-Star General, Sunday (8/8/2021).
Previously, the official website of Setkab with the website address www.setkab.go.id had been hacked and replaced with a photo of Lutfi carrying the red and white flag. The perpetrator used the name Zyy ft Lutfifake and hacked the official Secretariat website on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at around 09.00 AM. However, the website was successfully restored around 02.00PM.
