The Directorate of Traffic of the West Nusa Tenggara Police (Polda NTB) will be on the field to control the flow of traffics around the Mandalika Circuit until the last day of 2022 MotoGP Pre-Season Test, Sunday (13/02/2022).
"Although the traffic is still under control, we still deploy our personnel to patrol and monitor to anticipate all possibilities that may occur," said Commissioner Djoni Widodo S.I.K.
The monitoring is carried out at several points. The officer will ask every vehicle that passes regarding their affairs in the Mandalika Circuit area.
"We did all this because in this pre-season test there were no spectators, and everything was based on the agreement of all parties, including the organizers," said the Traffic Director of Polda NTB.
Although there is no prohibition to enter the Circuit area, the residents are expected to be cooperative when asked by the officers.
"For those who do not have any urgency or do not have an ID from the organizers, we urged you not to enter the area, because in this MotoGP pre-season test, we clearly stated there will be no spectators," said Commissioner Djoni Widodo S.I.K.
