inp.polri.go.id - NTB. The NTB Police (Polda NTB) Food Task Force ensures that daily supplies and stocks are still safe for the next few months. This is based on the results of the direct inspection with several distributors in the city of Mataram.
Director of Special Criminal Investigation (Direskrimsus) Polda NTB, Commissioner I Gusti Putu Gede Ekawana Putra as part of the food task force team stated, during the last few months they intensely inspect market operations with his staff, along with the NTB Industry and Trade Department.
"So we report and monitor the availability of food stocks in NTB every day," said Commissioner I Gusti Putu Gede, Wednesday, (02/03/22).
Based on his statement, the NTB Regional Police Intermediary Officer explained that distributors did not dare to hoard the stocks because the risk was quite large, which is revocation of operational permits or even criminal prosecution.
“Our distributor is not so many, so it's easy to monitor. They don't dare to hoard because they are afraid their business permits revoked,” said Direskrimsus Polda NTB.
With the results of the temporary review, Commissioner I Gusti Putu Gede Ekawana Putra assured that food stocks such as rice, cooking oil, sugar and other spices are safe for the next few months.
