Central Java Police (Polda Jateng) will hold Candi Safety Operation 2022 which will be held on March 1-14, 2022.
To polish the operation, the Ditlantas Pre-Operation Exercise (Latpraops) was held at the Gradika Bhakti Praja Building, the Central Java Provincial Government Office complex, Semarang, Friday (24/02/22).
The Director of Traffic Polda Jateng, Commissioner Agus Suryo Nugroho said that they aimed several goals for the operations, including stopping the spread of coronavirus and reducing violations and traffic accidents.
"We will carry out the operations well and on target, so it can improve the traffic flow, and create Kamseltibcarlantas (security, safety, order, and smooth traffic)," stated the Central Java Police Intermediate Officer.
The Dirlantas Polda Central Java revealed that seven violations were aimed to be reduced in the 2022 Temple safety operation, including stopping at a prohibited place, not using a seat belt (monitored by ETLE cameras), violating the speed limit, using a cellphone while driving a vehicle on the highway, do not wear SNI helmets, underage and unlicensed riders, and go against the traffic flow or passing the red lights.
