To create a safe and conducive situation from street crime in the jurisdiction of the Banten Police (Polda Banten), Ditreskrimum and Ditsamapta personnel carry out joint patrols.
The joint patrols were carried out in 2 areas, in the Cilegon City area and the Tangerang Regency area, while the joint patrol carried out in the Tangerang Regency area was led by the Head of Sub Directorate 3 Jatanras Commissioner Akbar Baskoro, and to the Cilegon City area led by Kasubdit 4 Renakta Commissioner Herlia Hartarani. When asked by the reporters, Dirreskrimum Polda Banten Commissioner Ade Rahmat Idnal, S.I.K., M.Sc., confirmed the Joint Patrol activities.
"Yes, it is true, that today the Ditreskrimum and Ditsamapta personnel have carried out joint patrols in the Tangerang Regency and Cilegon City areas. This patrol is carried out to follow up on the order of the Head of National Police to provide security guarantees to the community from street crimes such as robbery and brawls between street gangs," he explained.
He adds that the joint patrol was going smoothly.
"During the implementation of the patrol, no prominent disturbances were found, only two-wheeled vehicles were found that were not equipped with documents which were then handed over to the nearest headquarters to be followed up," he concluded.
