The Aceh Regional Police (Polda Aceh) determined seven suspects in the 2017 scholarship corruption case. The determination of the seven suspects was carried out through a case title at the Aceh Police Headquarters, Wednesday, (02/03/22)
According to the director of the special criminal directorate (Ditreskrimsus) of Polda Aceh, Commissioner Sony Sonjaya, “that seven people were deemed to have met the requirements to be named as suspects in the corruption case of education funds,” said the Head of Public Relations, Commissioner Winardy.
The seven people are SYR as Academic Advisor, FZ and RSL as Budget User Authority (KPA), FY as Technical Implementation Officer (PPTK), SM and RDJ, and RK as field coordinators (Korlap).
Prior to this, the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) had completed an investigative audit of the Calculation of State Financial Losses (PKKN) from the alleged corruption case (TPK) of Scholarships for the people of Aceh originating from the Aceh Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBA) Fiscal Year (TA) 2017.
