inp.polri.go.id – Banda Aceh. The Directorate of Traffic (Dirlantas) of the Aceh Police (Polda Aceh) held a vaccination inoculation for children aged 6-11 years at the State Elementary School 1 Banda Aceh, Sunday (06/02/22).
Dirlantas Polda Aceh, Commissioner Dicky Sondani said that Merdeka vaccine inoculation is also open to the other community and reported there are 178 people who came to get their dose.
Commissioner Dicky Sondani said that 174 people were successfully vaccinated with varying doses, while 1 person was postponed due to health issues and 3 others were canceled.
Dirlantas Polda Aceh explained that the Covid-19 vaccine aims to provide protection from being infected or reduce the risk when exposed to it by generating or stimulating specific immunity in the body.
The Intermediate Officer asked the public not to be negligent and continue to implement the health protocols as an effort in tackling the coronavirus.
"Taking full dose vaccination according to the recommended schedule as well as the implementation of 5M steps (wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds, and reducing mobility) are protective measures that we can do to avoid Covid-19 disease," concluded Commissioner Dicky Sondani.
