In order to ensure the condition of the personnel on duty at a number of security posts and the service post of Operation Lilin Krakatau at the Pesawaran Police, the Medical Unit of Pesawaran Police carried out Health Patrols program to personnel in the field to maintain their health and prime while on duty, Thursday (12/29).
Head of Medical Unit of Pesawaran Police, dr. Ratna Minanda Fitryani, said that in carrying out the examination, they first checked the blood pressure of personnel on duty to find out their physical condition.
They add that they did not only carried out this medical check only to police officer, but also to other involved security personnel involved in the operation, such as the military, government officials, and others.
"The Medical Checks are carried out routinely throughout the operation. This aims to ensure the health of personnel who carry out their duties in the field, "said dr. Ratna Minanda Fitriani, quoted from tapispost.com, Thursday (12/29).
She explained that the objectives of this inspection include checking blood pressure and checking the availability of medicines at the Security Post. Besides that, they also distribute multi vitamins, first aid boxes, masks, and hand sanitizers.
"Personnel of Operation Lilin Krakatau require excellent physical condition in providing services to the community, therefore, we carry out this routine medical checks so that personnel would remain healthy and ready to carry out their duties to the fullest," she said.
