The public's high enthusiasm to participate in the mural festival and as a forum for constructive input for the National Police Institution has made the 2021 Police Bhayangkara Mural Festival officially extended until Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at 10:00 PM. The registration extension is open for people who have a concept of work that fits a particular theme, namely Mural Criticism for the Police in Freedom of Expression!
Bhayangkara Mural Festival of the National Police Chief Cup 2021, which was held for the first time by the National Police and simultaneously in all Regional Police ranks, will be held on Saturday (10/30/2021).
The movement's momentum in the Indonesian mural community continues to open up new opportunities for its activists. Moreover, the evolution of this community's mindset and activities finally brought together different points of view outside its circle. This is what makes all recent actions worthy of appreciation and publication to continue to burn and inspire the spirit of the movement in conveying positive messages, one of which is through mural media.
The theme "The Role of the Young Generation To Be Creative In Conveying Positive Information During the Covid-19 Pandemic". Meanwhile, the sub-themes that guide the participants to work include Caring for Others During the Covid-19 Pandemic, Together Running Prokes, Healthy and Strong Indonesia, Free From Covid-19 and Together Protecting Indonesia. Furthermore, the Police also provide a forum for freedom of expression for the community. Therefore, participants in the mural competition will be able to produce works of art in the form of criticism to the Police, both positive and negative.

Collected works according to the selected subtheme :
*Send mural concept in PDF format and loaded in pixel size unit, maximum 2500 pixels
*The media ratio to be used is 2.44m x 3.66m
*Is an original work and has never been published in other activities
*For the list per group, please include the names of the chairman and members
*Provide a comprehensive description of the mural concept by including a word file that explains the concept of your work
*Data collection and works are collected on a competition form at the Regional Police level according to the participant's domicile, or through the link found on the tribratanews.polri.go.id website, or click directly here
*Collect before the deadline of October 26, 2021 (Headquarters)
*The committee's decision is absolute and cannot be contested
*Works that have been submitted to the committee become the property of the organizers
