Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jayapura. The Operation Surveillance Team (Tim Was Ops) of the Indonesian National Police Headquarter visited Jayapura City Departmental Police in inspecting the 2021 Deraku Cartenz Numbay Operation in the Hall of Jayapura City Departmental Police on Thursday (7/10/21).
The Tim Was Ops was directly led by Police Brigadier General Leonidas Braksan, and accompanied by Police Grand Commissioner Arief Prapto Santoso, Police Grand Commissioner Bambang Sutoyo, Police Grand Commissioner Rachmad Pamuji, Police Grand Commissioner Rinto Prastowo, along with the Police Commissioner Attendant I Ketut S from the Regional Superintendent of Papua Regional Police and welcomed by Chief of Jayapura City Departmental Police, Police Grand Commissioner Gustav R Urbinas.
In his opening statement, the Chief of Jayapura City Departmental Police welcomed the Tim Was Ops, who intended to inspect administrations on 2021 Deraku Cartenz in Jayapura City Departmental Police.
"The operation has commenced, and the supporting administration has been prepared in accordance with the SOP. We, as the Chief of Operations, are ready to provide space to the team should they want to inspect. If there are some flaws, please guide us for the correction", he said.
On the same occasion, Chief of Tim Was Ops, Police Brigadier General Leonidas Braksan, thanked the Chief of Jayapura City Departmental Police for welcoming the Tim Was Ops.
"We come here to conduct leader's instructions on inspecting operational commencement. Let's share if there's any suggestions or inputs from the Tim Was Ops or from the operational commencement team to improve future operations", he said.
He said that personnel with on-field duty should adjust it and communicate it should there be any problems.
The Tim Was Ops activity then continued to in-depth analysis and discussion on the commencement of the 2021 Deraku Cartenz Operation in the area under the jurisdiction of Jayapura City Departmental Police.
