Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Mataram. The West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police held a rally to hold the Rinjani Compliance Operations Forces 2021, at the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police's Bhara Daksa Field, Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara Province.
The rally was led directly by the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Chief, Inspector-General Muhammad Iqbal and attended by the Commander of Regional Military 162/WB Brigadier General Ahmad Rizal Ramdhani, Deputy Head of the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Brigadier General Ruslan Asapan, Main Officer of the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police, Head of the West Nusa Tenggara Transportation Agency Mohammad Faozal, Military Police Detachment Commander of Mataram Naval Base, Military Police Unit Commander of ZAM Navy, Deputy Chief of Military Police Detachment Commander IX/2 Mataram, Head of PT. Jasa Raharja of West Nusa Tenggara, Mataram Resort Departemental Police Chief, Military District Command 1606/Mataram, Head of General Criminal Pre-prosecution's Sub-division of Mataram Justice Office and personnel involved in the operation.
In his remarks, the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Chief hoped that the officers who would carry out the Rinjani compliant operation later would give a humane but firm appeal.
The West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Chief said that the Obedience Operation this time was following the tagline; through this 2021 Rinjani Compliance Operation, we will increase the discipline of health protocols and traffic discipline in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and to realize a stable safety, order, and smooth traffic, explained the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Chief.
As Apel Leader Iqbal advised, it is hoped that all Stake-Holders will continue to join hands for the West Nusa Tenggara community to carry out activities safely and avoid traffic disturbances while still paying attention to health protocols.
"We have to fight in Rinjani's obedient operation this time, because we will make efforts to realize Security, Safety, Order and Traffic Smoothness (kamseltibcarlantas) by wrapping it in the application of health protocols, hopefully, this operation can bring benefits to the benefit of the people, especially for the people of the West Nusa Tenggara province," he said.
Meanwhile, the West Nusa Tenggara Directorate of Traffic Security said that the purpose of implementing the Rinjani Compliance Operation in 2021 was to increase community discipline in Health Protocols, going through traffic and prevent the spread of Covid-19, especially in NTB. It was explained that the obedient operation carried out by the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police was carried out based on the order of the National Police Chief, which was carried out simultaneously with Regional Police throughout Indonesia for the next 14 days from September 21 to October 3, 2021.
"The National Police Chief gave directions to all Regional Police to carry out simultaneous operations from September 21 to October 3, 2021, for 14 days," he explained.
The obedient operation this time has three targets, first, the Covid-19 situation, which requires the public to be obliged to implement health protocols, next to discipline residents for orderly traffic and thirdly to discipline the community to prevent new clusters of Covid-19 and to discipline the public regarding Security, Safety, Order, Traffic Smoothness (Kamseltibcarlantas) to be conducive and stable. The targeted locations are locations that are prone to traffic jams, prone to violations (GAR), prone to accidents (laka) and several locations that are often used as places for people to congregate or are prone to crowds.
In addition, the targets that the Police want to achieve in this obedient operation are breaking the chain of the spread of Covid-19, creating security, safety, order and smoothness (Kamseltibcar), then on roads and tourist attractions. Meanwhile, the actions that officers will take in implementing the Compliance Operation this time are the implementation of Health Protocols such as 5M, educating the public for orderly traffic.
The personnel deployed in this 2021 Rinjani compliant operation are 600 West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Personnel and personnel in the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police, not including Departement of Transportation, National Armed Forces and Local government working unit who will be involved in the operation.
