Papua - Kasuari (Welfare for the People) programme of the Noken Community Development Unit (Binmas Noken) aims to enhance Papuans economy, mainly on agriculture, plantation, and animal farming/cultivations.
The visit of Kasuari programme of the Binmas Noken is in Mulia Coffee plantation in Muliambut village, Mulia district, Puncak Jaya on Sunday, August 29, 2021. Police Inspector 1st Class Alauddin Patwari and his three personnel: Police Brigadier 1st Class Odesua M A Kiding, Police Brigadier 2nd Class Lafry Hasan, and Police Brigadier Mustakim, with the community of Muliambut village, Mulia district, Puncak Jaya.
The Binmas Noken Task Force personnel, led by Police Inspector 1st Class Alauddin Patwari, met Mrs Daibena Telenggen and Dien Kiwo as the coffee plantation manager to coordinate on the intention of Binmas Noken visit to conduct the Kasuari programme in the form of assistance and Mulia coffee harvest.
The Binmas Noken Task Force personnel later, together with the Mulia Coffee manager, started to harvest the red and harvest-ready coffee beans to be ground into Mulia Coffee.
At that event, Binmas Noken Task Force personnel explained the importance of security and management in coffee plantations, mainly related to the plantation hygiene so the coffee beans could grow better and properly so the welfare of the Muliambut community could be maintained.
At the end of the visit, Binmas Noken Task Force gave aids in the form of coffee beans and bought the ground Mulia Coffee as a support to the coffee plantation managers so they could be in high spirit to advance the Muliambut villager's welfare.
The coffee plantation managers felt happy for the visit of Binmas Noken Task Force that being present, provide assistance, and harvesting coffee beans. And they hoped for the 20th National Sports Week (PON XX) to be run smoothly so the Mulia Coffee could be recognised across the country and promoted abroad.
The gratitude also came from the Mulia Coffee plantation managers of Muliambut village because Binmas Noken Task Force of Puncak Jaya region have been present together with the community in inspecting the development and providing assistance so that the welfare of the Muliambut village community, mainly in the coffee plantation, could be increased, mainly during the Coronavirus pandemic.
