Tribratanews.polri.go.id. National Police's Traffic Corps' continues to strive to improve services to the community by introducing the second generation application of the National Digital Samsat (Signal) after introducing the National Online One-stop Administration System (Samolnas).
The Signal application was designed and built by the National Police's Traffic Corps' to make it easier for the public to get services from the Police to make it easier for the public to ratify the annual Vehicle Number License, Motor vehicle Tax Payment and Mandatory Contribution of Road Traffic Accident Fund, with the slogan 'Can Be Done Anywhere, Anytime, One Stop Service'.
Head of Sub-Directorate for Vehicle Number License of National Police's Traffic Corps', Pol. Grand Commissioner Taslim Chairuddin, said the Signal application was the second generation after the National Online One-Stop Administration System (Samolnas). Rebuilt departing from some of the shortcomings and mistakes that exist in One-Stop Administration System (Samolnas) which is more perfected.
"This Signal application, as well as the Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement application, has actually been designed since 2014, with the awareness that one day the use and utilization of information technology to be applied to public service centers can no longer be avoided and will become a demand from the community," explained the Head of Sub-Directorate for Vehicle Number License from National Police's Traffic Corps'.
"Pol. Grand Commissioner Taslim Chairuddin also said that the Signal application will only be inaugurated in August 2021. “As we all know, National Police Chief General Drs. Listyo Sigit Prabowo set his vision, namely; realizing a PRECISION Police, namely; The Police are able to predict the future needs of the community, have a sense of social responsibility and at the same time are able to work in a transparent and fair manner. So Signal is the implementation of the Police Transformation in the field of service by displaying modern and quality services," he explained.
The Head of Sub-Directorate for Vehicle Number License from National Police's Traffic Corps' added, "Signal should be part of the 100-day program of the National Police Chief, launching on the 99th day, on June 28, 2021, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic conditions and the busyness of the Chief of Police in supporting the Community Activity Restrictions policy, the launch was postponed and planned will be launched in August as a gift for the independence anniversary,” concluded Taslim.
For the record, this application is the 3rd innovation of the National Police's Traffic Corps' in achieving 100 days of the National Police Chief Priority Program, after previously launching the National Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement and the SINAR Application (Precision National Driver License).
