The collaboration focuses on stem cell research and research, stem cell laboratories and umbilical cord banks or placental storage so that later they can be processed into stem cells in the Stem Cell Celltech laboratory.

According to Permenkes 32 of 2018, stem cell therapy can be carried out in hospitals and primary clinics. This latest regulation has brought Celltech Stem Cell Center Laboratory and Banking (CSC) to further develop its work. Celltech has obtained permission from the Ministry of Health (Kemkes) for laboratories and umbilical cord network banks.

President of the World Council for Preventive, Regenerative and Anti-aging Medicine (WOCPM), Prof. Dr. Deby Vinski MSc PhD said, CSC had previously collaborated on stem cell laboratory services with Hassanuddin University, Dharmais Cancer Hospital, Makassar Islamic University, and Kemang Hospital.
