Papua - Synergy between Armed Forces and Police with the Papuans is the sustainable duty that must be improved to create harmonious cooperation between the elements. One of them is through the KOTEKA programme (Communication with Political, Religious, and Community Elites) by the Papua's Noken Community Development Unit (Binmas Noken).
KOTEKA programme of Waropen's Binmas Noken on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at 12.00 was the meet-and-greet event with the Traditional Figurehead, the Chief of Keret Wairo, Mr Boas Ayomi, in Saroi village, Waropen Bawah district.
The personnel of the Waropen's Binmas Noken who attended the event are Police Inspector 1st Class La Ode Abdul Zakir, Police Sub-Inspector 2nd Class Juniarto, and Police Chief Brigadier Yeskiel Yeninar.
Police Inspector 1st Class La Ode Abdul Zakir explained that meet and greet from the Binmas Noken containing advice to maintain the cooperation in achieving conducive community security and order and adhering to Health Protocols to prevent Covid-19 transmission in Yaropen regency.
Binmas Noken then shared the contact facilities to the Traditional Figurehead, the Chief of Keret Wairo, Mr Boas Ayomi, as a form of companionship.
Mr Boas said a positive thing as a thank you remark, and he also committed to achieving a safe Waropen. "We are ready to cooperate in maintaining community security and order and always adheres to Health Protocols in preventing Covid-19 transmission, Mr Boas said when closing the event.
