Mass Vaccination Holds, Central Kalimantan Regional Police Collaborate with Dayak Customary Council (DAD)

Tribratanews.polri.go.id. - Palangkaraya. Central Kalimantan Police together with the Dayak Customary Council (DAD) held a mass vaccination. The mass vaccination was held at the Huma Betang Dayak Customary Council (DAD) secretariat, Central Kalimantan Province, RTA Milono street, Palangka Raya City.

Central Kalimantan Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, immediately observed the implementation of mass vaccination accompanied by the Deputy Chief of Police, Brigadier General Pol. Ida Oetari Poernamasasi, and a number of key local Regional Police officials.

The Regional Police Chief said that this mass vaccination was held as part of the celebration of the 76th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia and at the same time the 14th Anniversary of Central Kalimantan's Dayak Customary Council (DAD).

The implementation of this vaccination will continue to be carried out, especially in Palangka Raya City to accelerate the formation of herd immunity in the community so that the spread of Covid-19 can be suppressed.

I hope that people who have been vaccinated will continue to obey with the health protocols, said the Regional Police Chief.

While the Head of the Medical and Health Central Kalimantan Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Danang Pamudji said, for the implementation of this vaccination, the target is 800 doses for the first and second vaccines.

"Meanwhile, the vaccinators that we involve are from the Central Kalimantan Regional Police's Doctor and Health Field and Bhayangkara Palangka Raya Hospital," he concluded.
