Tribratanews.polri.go.id - The Traffic Corps of Indonesian National Police have prepared Covid-19 vaccination service post at posts of Operation Lilin whose aim to secure this year’s Christmas and New Year Eve.
The Head of Audit and Inspection Sub-Directorate of Police Traffic Corps, Commissioner Aries Syahbudin, explained that police put high priority on community’s safety and comfort, while also ensuring public’s health.
“Just like last year’s Eid al-Fitr, at the service posts that we have prepared, we will prepared booster vaccines for those who haven’t received the booster vaccine,” said Commissioner Aries Syahbudin during a discussion at FMB9 with the topics of “Infrastructure and Health Restrictions Preparation of Christmas and New Year Eve” on Monday (12/19).
For this year’s operations, police have prepared around 100,000 personnel from the National Police ranks down to Regional Polices to secure the holiday season. Police also have cooperated with the doctors in National Police, Regional Polices, and Local Government Health Office in providing vaccination posts.
“In several locations that potentially will be crowded, be it in the tourist destinations or on the traffic road, we will prepare several service posts,” said Commissioner Aries Syahbudin.
Moreover, he implores the people who have not been vaccinated with booster vaccines to come to the available vaccine posts.
